ETPN RegMed WG Webinar on Horizon 2020 Funding Opportunities for Regenerative Medicine

On Thursday, 21 September 2017, the ninth from the series of webinars organized by AMIRES and the ETPN Regenerative Medicine Working Group (RegMed WG) took place.  A presentation titled  „Horizon 2020 Funding Opportunities for Regenerative Medicine“ was given by Dr. Rudolf Fryček, the Founder and CEO of AMIRES and representing Vice-Chair of ETPN RegMed WG. In his presentation, Dr. Fyček provided an overview of opportunities for funding of regenerative medicine projects from the upcoming Horizon 2020 Work Programme 2018 – 2020, mentioned some of already funded projects, their technologies and key movers.  The presentation used searches from AMIplexus, a cooperation visualization and search tool for projects funded by Horizon 2020 – a European Union’s research and innovation framework programme. The ETPN RegMed WG webinars are open to both ETPN members and non-members.  By presenting recent advancement of ETPN members in the Regenerative Medicine field, these webinars aim to improve know how exchange, identification of key European experts and a wider networking between ETPN members (e.g. for collaborative projects). It is also intended to keep webinars open for ETPN non-members, particularly for industrial companies, to facilitate cooperation between researchers and enterprises (mainly SMEs).
