As part of Health-2-Market project a step-by-step guide explaining how to develop and implement an innovation strategy in R&D projects was prepared. It was written by 19 experts across the EU and it is designed to be relevant to everyone wishing to bring research results to market whatever the field of research, with or without previous experience in doing so. It covers the following topics: commercialisation routes, IP protection process, a business plan, a marketing strategy and a financing strategy.
