TRIBUTE Final Conference

On 20 September 2017, the final conference of FP7 funded TRIBUTE project will take place in La Rochelle, France.  The goal of the event is to provide introduction into the building energy performance problematic, to present the outputs of the TRIBUTE and similar projects as well as to evaluate impacts on different type of stakeholders. Click HERE for more information and registration.

The goal of the TRIBUTE project is the minimisation of the gap between computed and measured energy performance by improving the predictive capability of a state-of-the-art commercial BEPS. TRIBUTE has been developing a system able to assist building owners in evaluating and anticipating the impact of the evolution (age, retrofit, occupancy…) of a building through the automatic adaptation of the on-line, real-time Building Energy Simulation Performance model of the building. This is done by accessing both the key building parameters as well as the real-time data actually measured. Furthermore, TRIBUTE proposes a novel retrofit strategy that will be part of the improved BEPS in order to help meet building automation and control regulations, and monitoring.
