Collaborative Work on COVID19 Research

MICOBION partners, BIOCEV centre in Czechia and Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium are actively involved in the detection and research of SARS-CoV-2 virus, cause of COVID19 disease. At BIOCEV, over one hundred volunteers, which are BIOCEV employees have enrolled in the large-capacity testing process. BIOCEV joined the initiative of Czech academic centres to speed up testing of the presence of this virus. The European Commission, through the Research Executive Agency recognizes each effort in the COVID19 pandemics, and even more from their funded projects institutions, as can be seen in their social media (April 7).
