H2020 Seal of Excellence – A story from Italy

ProPHOS Chemicals, which submitted to Phase 1 of the SME Instrument (June 2014) a proposal on recovering exhausted extinguishing powder through an eco-innovative process that can extract noble components to use in agriculture, passed a very competitive selection but didn’t get funded. Thanks to the Seal of Excellence received in 2015  ProPHOS Chemicals won 25,000 euros of funding support from the region of Lombardy, thanks to which it was able to go ahead with their idea and was eventually successful in Phase 2 of the SME Instrument.
