New H2020 SME Instrument business acceleration services kick-off

In the coming months, the Executive Agency for SMEs (EASME) plans to enlarge the business acceleration services available for the companies funded under the Horizon 2020 SME Instrument. The goal is to support the SMEs on their growth path with networking, learning opportunities and facilitating access to business partners and investors.  On top of the already available Overseas Trade Fair Programme and Business innovation coaching, SMEs funded from the Horizon 2020 SME Instrument will now get an access to:

• Matchmaking events to meet investors and business partners
• Privileged access to finance and investors
• Peer to peer academy

The business acceleration services are offered under “Phase 3” of the SME Instrument. They are designed exclusively for companies funded under the SME Instrument Phase 1 and/or Phase 2 and are accessible during and after the grant duration. There is no participation limit to different events as long as the service is relevant for the company’s needs.
