End-users and scientific communities take the chance and apply for
the High-Tech Horizon Prize (Five prizes of 1 million EUR will be awarded) while developing innovative solutions in energy, water, shelter & health that can enhance response to urgent needs in humanitarian aid. Solutions should be developed through a frugal innovation approach and should be novel and based on advanced technologies and services, demonstrating the added value and potential of one or more advanced technologies.
